Distributors who outgrow Distribu's built-in inventory and move to Cin7 Core for multi-bin, lot tracking, and barcode workflows can keep the two in sync with one install. Cin7 becomes the authoritative source for stock (manual stock edits in Distribu are disabled while connected), and every new Distribu order lands in Cin7 as a sale for the warehouse to pick.
What it does
- Hourly reconciliation of Cin7 on-hand → Distribu Product.stock via EXTERNAL_SYNC ledger entries
- New orders pushed to Cin7 as Sales with the Distribu order id as the external key (idempotent on retry)
- Order cancellations void the matching Cin7 sale when it hasn't already been picked
- Clean uninstall — stock editing returns to the dashboard the moment the integration is disconnected
